Eligibility for membership is determined when any one member of the family group fulfills any one of the following criteria:
1.    Is a Canadian citizen residing in Malaysia; or,
2.    Is a non-Canadian employed by a Canadian company operating in Malaysia; or
3.    Friends of Canada.  This category is specific to anyone not eligible under (1) or (2) above.  It is for those who have an interest in or some connection to Canada.
